Position: Marketing Program Manager Updated: 06/25/2024 Reports to: Director of Sales + Marketing Job Type: Full-Time Exempt Southall

is a premier destination bringing nature, produce and people together in a powerful and unique way. The Marketing Program Manager will identify, plan, and communicate all internal Southall events. RESPONSIBILITIES

: Identify, plan, detail, communicate, and promote all internal Southall events Confirm plans are on brand for Southall by collaborating with Creative Director Meet with and give site tours to vendors when necessary. Collaborate to promote all programming in a timely manner. Create and monitor event listings. Communicate event plans with team members, Southall guests, and the public. Organize meetings with appropriate departments to secure details. Twice a year, this will involve more complex coordination and contract creation with larger celebrity musician hosting for Sounds of the Solstice. Support Creative Director and Director of Sales + Marketing with executing marketing strategies. Some small graphic design projects may be required. Own our customer database Revinate and manage system data and campaign management. ?

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

: Previous Hotel/Hospitality experience preferred. Previous experience with Adobe Suite + graphic design work preferred. Must be:

An affable and supportive team player. Motivated by true hospitality. A strong writer with good verbal communication skills. A creative with an eye for detail. A problem-solver. An excellent organizer with time-management skills. Dependable and punctual. Willing to work a flexible schedule should days run long, or weekend needs arise. Able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period.

EDUCATION

: Degree in a Marketing or Creative related field preferred. Must have: High School diploma or GED Southall Farm and Inn is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
