Through leading comprehensive continuous improvement initiatives and leveraging digital tools, this position aims to identify and help execute opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains. The Program Manager is a champion of change, helping implement and facilitate transitions to new processes and systems. In addition, this position is an integral part of the Employee Engagement team who leads and supports various activities. Through project management expertise, effective leadership, and clear communication, the Program Manager contributes to the achievement of organizational goals, while also providing guidance and support for team development and growth.
