Als Event Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en uitvoering van evenementen. Alle events worden verkocht door ons team van creatieve Accountmanagers. Zodra de partij helemaal verkocht is kom jij in zicht voor de operationele planning en uitvoering. De sheetsmeeting is het cruciale moment waarin jij het voortouw neemt om alle operationele punten op de i te zetten. Ruim voordat het event begint zorg jij dat het rooster goed staat en de bestellingen zijn gedaan, zodat je tijdens je event nooit mis grijpt. Je zorgt er op de dag van het event voor dat de locatie perfect is ingericht en dat het team een volledige briefing en duidelijke personeelsplanning krijgt. Tijdens het event onderhoudt je nauw contact met de opdrachtgevers en anticipeert snel op hun wensen. Je stuurt jouw event-team aan, houd je contact met de keuken dat alles op-tijd en op tafel staat en zal je, naast het aansturen, je team coachen. Tenslotte rapporteer je hoe het event verliep en pak je verbeterpunten op om elk event ook in de toekomst succesvol te laten verlopen.

Iemand die zich met veel enthousiasme zal storten op de evenementen van Papa’s. Operationeel ben je ijzersterk, je hebt een proactieve houding en ook leidinggevend sta je je mannetje. Je houdt van uitdaging Je bent het visitekaartje van Papa’s en bent daarom communicatief vaardig en je hebt een representatief, maar met name enthousiast voorkomen.
