They collaborate closely with development teams, project stakeholders, vendors, business leaders and other QA professionals to maintain excellence throughout the software development lifecycle.Responsibilities:Develop and implement QA policies, procedures, and methodologies to ensure product quality and compliance with standards.Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and usability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues throughout the software development lifecycle.Establish and maintain QA metrics and reports to track defects, testing progress, and product quality.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of defects.Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to QA processes.Consult on changes to processes or procedures that would impact IT Compliance components.Collaborate with business leaders to establish robust User Acceptance Testing.Vendor Leadership - Build and maintain effective communication and relationships with vendor partners. Monitor vendor performance against statements of work and seek process improvements.
