This customer-facing role is responsible for generating sales growth and profit while maintaining budget expectations within your assigned territory. You will represent Trouw Nutrition USA-Companion Animal as an Ambassador to the company, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing or new customers. This creates Sales SuccessTrouw Nutrition-Companion Animal, a Nutreco brand, provides innovation in animal nutrition, offering pet food companies the highest-quality premixes, specialized blends, and optimized nutrient solutions. our deep expertise, quality-centric culture, and solution-oriented approach give our customers a level of assurance and value unmatched in the industry.About The Role: Driving Sales ExcellenceResponsibilities:Implement annual sales plan in assigned territoryDevelop Account Plans to achieve company budgetAdept persuasive selling utilizing sales processes and toolsManage technical issues with customer orders, growth opportunities and payments.
