We're looking for Directional Drill Operators, based out of Dallas, TX, to join our team and help connect America.What you'll get...Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription PlansFlexible Spending AccountsShort and Long Term DisabilitySupplemental Life and AD&D401(k) Retirement Savings w/ Company MatchStock Purchase PlanCompany DiscountsLegal InsurancePaid Time Off and Holidays What you'll do: Drives/Operates Horizontal Directional Drill for installation of underground telecommunications cable conduit, including fiber optic cableDrives and/or operates diesel or gasoline powered equipment to/from/on jobsite (Backhoe, Trencher, Directional Bore, Digger Derrick, Pole/Bucket Truck)Locates other buried wiring/cablingInstall underground telecommunications cablingFlagging (directing safe coordination of vehicles and equipment within general public areas where worksites are active)Property or worksite restorationInspect equipment, work quality, specifications, etc. of work crewsPerforms general construction work (to include physical labor i.e. using hand tools, lifting materials on average up to 50 lbs, etc.)Performs all tasks according to directions, produce quality work, maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all Federal, State, and Company regulations and policiesPerforms other duties as necessary Who we are looking for:At least 18 years oldAuthorized to work in the United States for this companyHave prior experience within the Telecommunications or Utility Construction/Maintenance industryCurrently have a valid CDLMinimum 1 year of experience within the Utility Construction/Maintenance industryAble to operate various types of utility trucks, equipment, and hand tools in a safe mannerCapable of reading prints and interpreting utility maps to identify the type and size of underground utilitiesAble to demonstrate the ability to follow directions, produce quality work, maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all Federal, State, and Company regulations and policiesHave the ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc.Able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed with or without assistanceAble to work as needed (over-time, after hours, on weekends, for emergencies or on-call) and in all weather conditions &nspb;Ansco & Associates, LLC provides a complete variety of construction and engineering services to the wireless and wireline industry.
