About the Role As the Project Manager / Product Lead Engineer: Control Valves, you'll play a key role in bringing cutting-edge control valve solutions to life. You'll work within a collaborative, hands-on team, interfacing with various stakeholders across the globe. Our company is dedicated to optimizing building technology for improved comfort, energy efficiency, safety, installation, and maintenance. You'll be instrumental in developing products that not only delight customers but also contribute significantly to building sustainability. This position offers a flexible work arrangement, allowing you to work remotely and in the office. Responsibilities: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch. Gather and translate global stakeholder needs into actionable product requirements. Lead projects through all phases, ensuring adherence to deadlines and milestones, and providing regular progress reports to management. Coordinate and communicate effectively with a global network of product managers, development engineers, and other key stakeholders. Motivate and guide your project team to deliver high-quality products within budget and on time. Streamline the product portfolio and develop strategies for ongoing optimization. Manage your time effectively, ensuring project governance, risk mitigation, and efficient resource allocation. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Technology (Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Computer Science) Minimum 5 years of international work experience in project management within a related field. Strong understanding of mechanical or electronic design principles. Excellent communication and coordination skills, flourishing in a multinational environment. Demonstrated proficiency in project management, organization, and presentation. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented with a positive and empathetic approach. Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 5%). Stand Out From the Crowd: Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP) Experience or strong interest in HVAC applications and control valves. Knowledge of field bus communication protocols (e.g., BACnet/Modbus).
