The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting international tax compliance, planning, and reporting efforts. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with exposure to complex international tax issues. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and review international tax compliance, including Forms 5471, 8858, and 1118. * Assist with the preparation of the quarterly and annual tax provision for international operations. * Conduct research and analysis of international tax issues, including transfer pricing, foreign tax credits, and BEPS (Base Erosion and Profit Shifting) initiatives. * Support international tax planning initiatives and provide guidance on cross-border transactions. * Monitor changes in international tax legislation and assess the impact on the company. * Collaborate with external advisors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely tax filings. * Assist with tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities. * Maintain detailed and organized documentation to support tax positions and compliance efforts. * Assist with various process improvement projects including data automation and document collection Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MST preferred. * Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in international tax, preferably with a public accounting firm or multinational corporation. * Strong understanding of US international tax rules and regulations. * Experience with tax software and ERP systems (e.g., OneSource, OneStream, HFM). * Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills. * Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
