Ansell is looking for a Clinical Education Manager to join our team This is a remote position for Western U.S./Midwest, candidate ideally located in any of these states: California, Nevada, Washington, Colorado, Utah, Arizona, or the Midwest.

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 U.S. Dollars per year

The Clinical Education Manager serves as Ansell's clinical expert in the healthcare industry. Oversees and develops training and clinical programs for all internal and external customers. Leads regional clinical support and cross-covers for national field sales activities to meet business objectives, plans large scale Integrated Delivery Network (IDN)/Group Purchase Organizations (GPO) coverage, global assignments as requested. Supports the development and delivery of regional and global AnsellCARES professional educational resources.

Role has significant impact on overall customer experience - training plan, quality, productutilization, buying decisions, sales cycle, business close and long-term customer satisfaction tomeet company objectives.

What will this role look like in detail?

* Provides professional clinical expertise and serves as Ansell primary education expert to internal and external customers related to Ansell product portfolio training, clinical education and related services.

* Lead clinical role for product evaluation and implementation activities within assigned region and cross-coverage supporting NA market, global assignments upon request. Leads account set-up and training plan within budget to support sales success.

* Responsible to assess customer needs to support field complaints. Analyzes data to identify trends, ensures compliance with Ansell processes. Takes a lead role to recommend training plan and troubleshooting strategies needed to resolve customer issues. Facilitates any necessary RAQA processes and guides sales team response.

* Responsible for planning and training external customers, new peers, per diem nurses, sales and marketing teams, distributors and private label partners. Supports clinical skill development and voice of customer awareness for all employee groups long-term.

* Builds relationships with KOLs through field activities (key customers and thought leaders in industry) and assists with KOL recruitment, relationship management and overseeing various consultant projects for educational content and related programs.

* Active member of related professional organizations, representative of Ansell in professional local, regional and national activities, trade shows, conferences, etc. Plans and implements outreach training programs, active author and speaker.

* Maintain strong knowledge of practice guidelines, testing standards, FDA and other agency requirements, market trends, competitors, clinical knowledge and expertise.

* Contributes to R&D NPD activities to provide feedback and guidance on product portfolio development and participates in training plan for NPD launch campaigns.

* Co-leads clinical, sales and marketing plan development and delivery across Ansell by partnering with Manager/Director, marketing and sales teams. Provides customer feedback on products and Ansell service offerings and facilitates continuous improvement as a partner with all internal stakeholders.

* Participates with multiple digital, eLearning and website platforms to deliver clinical programs, stays current with latest technology for training delivery.

* Utilizes Ansell systems for effective work planning, communication, project management and deliverables (ie. SFDC, Fast Field, SmartSheet, NewsCred, etc.).

* Complies with Ansell policies and procedures, code of conduct, mission and value statements.

What will you bring to Ansell?

  • Bachelor's Degree required, Nursing (RN) preferred
  • 5 years clinical nursing/scrub tech experience in Operating Room required
  • 5 years in a nursing/OR manager/educator role preferred
  • Accredited Nursing Certifications - Perioperative Nurse (CNOR), Certification in Infection Prevention and Control (CIC), Critical, or Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred
  • 5 years medical device industry experience required with project management experience working on clinical marketing programs and sales impact services across multiple functions.
  • Additional experience with KOLs and clinical study operation recommended.
  • Experience working in a matrix system, cross-functionally with multiple departments on projects with regional and global impact.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%, including overnights.
