Position Summary: Reporting to the Director of Operations and Maintenance, the Engineer provides support for transmission operations and maintenance, including development of procedures, completion of analytical studies, facility condition assessments, and equipment support. Applies approved programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with transmission operating reliability requirements. Interpret and advise transmission operations and maintenance personnel of transmission maintenance issues. Responsibilities may include implementation of compliance programs for one or more NERC or PUCT reliability standards.
