SummaryASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for part-time Event Staff at Cabarrus Arena & Events Center. This is a guest services positing requiring constant interaction with event guests. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesInclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Be at work and in proper uniform according to the scheduled time Follow instructions for each event Distribute event and venue information and updates to guests Listen to and address guest compliments and complaints Provide ADA services and information to guests with disabilities and the elderly Specific event staffing functions provided by Event Staff members include:o Door/Gate Attendanto Metal detector operationo Bag checkso Ticket Takero Ushero Parking Money Takero Parking Flaggero Catering & Concession workers Project a welcoming disposition so that guests feel comfortable asking for assistance Provide friendly and courteous service at all times Keep floors and aisle free of obstructions Advise guests of relevant event and venue policies Performs other related duties specific to individual events Remain at assigned station and perform duties as assigned according to each event
