Backed by General Catalyst, Sequoia, and many other leading investors, Athelas & Commure is positioned to be the defining healthcare tech company of the next 15 years.If you're eager to advance our mission to make health the focus of healthcare, come join usThis full-time position requires working 5 days a week in our Mountain View, CA office.What You'll DoBuild out scalable infrastructure to improve operational efficiencies and directly impact top line revenue and bottom line profitabilityContribute to the design and implementation of systems and processes that facilitate scalability and efficiency in a hyper growth environmentSolve complex, ambiguous business problems and drive and own operational metrics (productivity, quality, scalability)Be responsible for owning key operational metrics, productivity is based off pushing metrics forward not timeEngage in cross-functional collaboration with key internal stakeholders, including our Product, Engineering, and Account Management teamsWhat You Have3+ years experience in software or data engineering, consulting, investment banking, or in operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech companyB. S. or M.S. in a quantitative field, such as Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science from a top 20 universityFluent in Python, experience with API & Web ScrapingExperience driving results as an IC and working with technical teams to drive scalable architectureAbility to drive the entire project management process, ensuring timely and qualitative onboarding and continuous improvement of our key metrics.Demonstrated drive, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a proven record of success.Comfort in Chaos: You are comfortable working in an autonomous environment, can expertly prioritize and have a knack for identifying internal and external blockers.Entrepreneurial self-starter.
