Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and coordinate various HR programs and initiatives, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, training and development, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Support the SSC department in collecting HR records, such as employee files.
- Assist with job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
- Prepare and distribute new hire paperwork, and conduct new employee orientation.
- Assist in coordinating employee training and development activities.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and programs.
- Coordinate and administer the employee performance review process.
- Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR team in various HR projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR coordinator or related role.
- Fluent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
