Das erwartet Dich bei uns: Du unterstützt bei der Steuerung und Koordinierung aller relevanten M&A-Prozessschritte, die Projektleitung und übernimmst Teilprojekte und fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen relevanten internen Stakeholdern Beim externen Stakeholder Management begleitest du die Kommunikation mit Target Companies und übernimmst die Koordinierung der externen Berater im Rahmen der Due Diligence Neben Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen unterstüzt du bei der Erstellung von Business Plänen/Financial Models inkl. Szenarioanalysen sowie Unternehmensbewertungen nach einschlägigen Bewertungsverfahren Darüber hinaus unterstützt du bei der Erarbeitung optimaler Transaktionsstrukturen und der Vorbereitung von Vorstandsentscheidungen sowie der Vorbereitung von Vertragsverhandlungen Mit anderen Fachbereichen stimmst du dich zu übergeordneten finanziellen Fragestellungen ab und unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung von Gremienvorlagen Du übernimmst Sonderaufgaben, unterstützt beim weiteren Aufbau der M&A-Prozesse im Konzern und arbeitest an konzernweiten, bereichs- bzw. gesellschaftsübergreifenden Sonderprojekten aktiv mit Das zeichnet Dich aus: Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens und konntest bereits erste Berufserfahrung im M&A-Bereich sammeln, bevorzugst in der Beratung, im Banking oder im Konzernumfeld Du kannst nachweislich Erfolge im Projektmanagement im internationalen Umfeld vorweisen Dich zeichnet eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und die Fähigkeit, Informationen adressatengerecht aufzuarbeiten und zu kommunizieren aus Du bist teamfähig, verbunden mit einer selbstständigen und verantwortungsbewussten Arbeitsweise, bringst analytisches Denkvermögen und interkulturelle Kompetenz mit Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ein sicheres und kompetentes Auftreten und zeigst Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen Das bieten wir: 35 Stunden / Woche (Vollzeit) plus persönliches Arbeitszeitkonto und flexiblem Gleitzeitmodell Attraktive Vergütung nach Metall-Tarifvertrag NRW, inklusive Sonderzahlungen 30 Tage Urlaub im Jahr Möglichkeit des mobilen Arbeitens Umfangreiches Angebot an Schulungs- und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten Betreuungsangebot für U3 Kinder in der DEUTZ-Tagespflege Mitarbeitervorteile bei verschiedenen Anbietern online und vor Ort Umfangreiche Gesundheitsvorsorge (z.B.
