Title: Technical Business Analyst
Location: Hyattsville, MD
Duration: 4 Weeks

Job Description:
The Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing complex business systems . This position will require the ability to understand the technical needs of the department and translate them into actionable requirements for software developers and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
nalyze and document technical requirements for software developers
Identify gaps and propose solutions to technical challenges
Participate in project planning and development cycles
Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, use cases, and test plans
ssist in the creation of user manuals and training materials
Ensure quality control throughout the software development life cycle
Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and life cycles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience working in a government or public sector environment is a plus
