ROLE COMPETENCIES
  • Mortgage Servicing or Financial Services background
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a huge plus
  • Prior work experience in a busy client facing environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) skills
  • Responds well in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • One year of call center experience
100% Onsite

Schedules: Monday - Friday, various shifts from 7am - 10pm
