DUTIES: Responsible for working across our business and technology organizations to drive and execute testing processes that ensure that projects and incremental changes we deploy to our production environment meet and exceed business and Internal Audit expectations. Develop and execute test strategies and execute all aspects of test plans including verification and coordinating automated processes and testing with offshore testing team. Work with business stakeholders, project managers, applications and infrastructure teams, internal auditors, and vendors to develop, coordinate, execute and document world class testing processes and standards. Transferring knowledge to other Team Members onshore and offshore as needed. Providing consulting services to project teams, and to the organization as a whole, through training and standards awareness efforts. Evaluating project deliverables to ensure requirements, design, testing, implementation planning, control points, and security considerations are completed, documented, and stored in the assigned repositories. Support post go-live hyper care support operations and drive knowledge transfer to stakeholders who take over operational responsibilities following project completion. Conduct, document, and communicate results of QA project retrospectives to ensure continued improvement of delivery of QA services and deliverables. Conduct post go live testing support encompassing both new functionality and automated regression testing. Work on Test Automation across IT Enterprise applications using Selenium using Java and EggPlant test automation tools. Utilize API Testing tools like SoapUI and Postman for micro services testing.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or foreign equivalent or related field, plus 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or related, with SAP and POS testing; 3 years experience using Selenium, UFT, and Eggplant; Writing program code and development of applications; Validate data in SAP modules; Experience may be gained concurrently.
