Core Responsibilities:
- Guide, mentor, and cultivate a team of quality technicians and mechanical inspectors, promoting a culture centered on excellence and ongoing improvement.
- Oversee comprehensive quality control and assurance processes, including testing, analysis, and documentation.
- Design and implement effective quality management systems and protocols.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations, customer expectations, and corporate standards within an ISO9001, AS9100, and IATF16949 framework.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to advance quality initiatives and address quality-related challenges.
- Effectively manage the budget and resources of the quality laboratory.
- Remain informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices, integrating them into laboratory operations.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Engineering, Quality Management) is preferred; Quality Certification is advantageous.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality-focused technical role within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing quality control laboratories and leading teams.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other quality enhancement methodologies is beneficial.
