What you'll be doing:

  • Supervise resident care staff - hiring, orientation, training, scheduling, performance management, etc
  • Participate and oversee the admission and on-going resident assessment and care planning process
  • Coordinate and conduct resident care plan conferences with families/sponsors
  • Act as resident liaison and advocate to Executive Director
  • Develop departmental budgets, re-forecasts, and staffing plans
What you'll bring to the table:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certifications
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language and be able to communicate effectively
