The Facilities Project Manager will be responsible for all Key TSS Denver (TSSD) projects relating to Facilities, Manufacturing Excellence, Investment projects, and site layout projects in support of TSSD's strategic aims. In conjunction with other key managers, The Facilities Project Manager is a key position managing core activities in the support of TSSD's business. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives. Facilities management and transformation Manufacturing Excellence Follow TSS Project Management Model (PMM) process Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring project goals are reached Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project member to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives Manage investment programs and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives Identify key requirements needed for cross-functional teams, external vendors, and contractors Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders Education and Experience This position requires a Bachelor's Degree. Must have five (5) or more years' experience in a Project management or similar role. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent written and verbal communications skills with a very high level of accuracy and detail. Ability to communicate in English both written and verbal Facilities management, System design and implementation Modernization Supplier and Contractor development through negotiation Increasing efficiencies/saving costs Leadership & Change management (Lean or Six Sigma) Implementation and control of lean initiatives Problem solving/root cause analysis Staff training/development High level of diplomacy. Must have intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Work Environment/Physical Demands/Equipment Used This position is located in a manufacturing facility, which requires standing, walking, squatting, twisting, and bending. Must be able to stand for extended periods, handle containers of product. Requires lifting up to 50 lbs. Health and Safety - PPE Requirements Safety Glasses to be worn at all times when on the production floor Safety Shoes to be worn at all times when on the production floor Must wear appropriate PPE for all work activities performed; varies based work Salary starting at $100,000 based on experience.
