Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Procurement Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing international software systems, from conception to testing and integration into our system landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage international software systems, from conception to testing and integration into our system landscape
  • Act as a liaison between departments and serve as the main point of contact for business units, development partners, external service providers, and customers
  • Document progress and challenges, test new features, and ensure smooth development of our custom solutions
  • Contribute to the design and support of software, with previous experience in creating backlog entries or software requirements being advantageous

Requirements

  • A degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration with a focus on IT, Computer Science, or a similar qualification with several years of professional experience
  • Experience in creating backlog entries or software requirements
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Jira, or iteration
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills
  • A desire to take on responsibility for your own projects, develop software requirements, and learn about new technologies
  • A problem-solving mindset
