Client Support Specialist - Support Advisor Associates, Financial Advisors, Senior Financial Advisors, the Chief Operating Officer, and Principals in servicing the needs of the firm's clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
  • Previous office experience or training
  • Financial Services/Securities industry experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel as well as the CRM system
  • Must have excellent communication, organization, and computer application skills
  • Highly motivated to complete assignments and projects accurately and efficiently
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Performing administrative tasks which includes preparing for Advisor/client meetings and managing phone calls.
  • Handling client requests in an efficient timely manner.
  • Processing new and/or existing business which includes opening and closing of accounts, handling check deposits/withdrawals, and account maintenance.
  • Being prompt, efficient and complete when carrying out all tasks assigned by Advisor Associates, Financial Advisors, Senior Advisors, the Chief Operating Officer, and Managing Principals.
  • Being courteous, pleasant, helpful, and professional at all times.
  • Maintaining a neat and organized work environment.
  • Maintaining records and files in a neat and organized manner.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality of all clients and firm business.
  • Maintaining good communication with Advisor Associates, Financial Advisors, Senior Advisors, the Chief Operating Officer, and Managing Principals.
  • Demonstrating the ability to share information with other Client Support Specialists.
  • Operating office machines including photocopier, fax, calculator, mail meter and telephone switchboard.
  • Delivering all in-coming mail and collecting out-going mail in time for daily delivery.
  • Working overtime as needed.
