POSITION PURPOSE:
The Data Center Lead oversees the day-to-day cleaning operations and quality programs of specific accounts or group sites. SCHEDULE:
Full Time- Monday- Friday 7:00am-3:00pm
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Include the following key areas and duties, which may be modified or increased as necessary:
Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and techniques Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained.
Ensures proper labor relations and conditions of employment are maintained.
Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must become familiar with cleaning chemical components and safety requirements.
Able to maintain confidentiality.
Good communication skills
Strong interpersonal customer service skills
Being flexible and able to handle corrective criticism.
Being patient and detail orientated.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Previous data center, warehouse cleaning preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Required to spend on-the-job time on the following physical activities:
Stand- long periods. Walk- long distance.
Lift/Climb- ability to move equipment.
Talk/Hear- earplugs required.
High Reaching
The Weight or Force requirement in this position is: Up to 50 pounds.
VISION REQUIREMENT:
This position requires you to have close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), and color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors).
Depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships)
Ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus)
