Determine in depth the degree of risk involved for each customer. Carefully analyze data and produce clear and objective reports. Adhere to credit policy and guidelines. Monitor customer portfolio on an ongoing basis. Draft models of credit information that predict trends and patterns of payment behaviour. Monitor and review customer accounts receivable balances. Investigate, analyze, and resolve customer accounts receivable balance discrepancies. Communicate with customers & other internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues and obtain necessary documents. Generate and reconcile customer accounts receivable reports. Conduct research to identify and resolve customer accounts receivable issues. Generate various reports on AR, collections, payment adherence etc from SAP and share the same with senior management. Requirements and skills Proven working experience as a Credit/AR analyst Have worked in SAP applications previously. Up to date with legal, compliance and market risk related issues. Ability to analyze cash flows, leverage, collateral and customer strength. Strong communication and presentation skills. Good knowledge of MS excel. Masters or Bachelors degree in Finance. Minimum experience 2 to 5 years of Credit Analyst experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
