  • Perform credit analysis and monitor the financial condition of insurance companies and non-depository members utilizing S&P Market Intelligence, statutory financial reports, and regulatory examination reports
  • Review and monitor the financial condition of issuers
  • Design reports and interpret the output for use by ERM management to assist in their lending, collateral and underwriting risk decisions
  • Coordinate, distribute and review assignments/projects performed by insurance company credit analyst ensuring accurate and timely completion of responsibilities.
  • Make recommendations regarding member credit requests, and credit risk related decisions


Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of direct experience in the life (annuities) insurance space
  • Current experience doing statutory insurance financial statement analysis
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exposure working with internal credit ratings (S&P, Moodys)
