AR Specialist
Location: Herndon, VA - Position will be hybrid
Responsibilities:
- AR Specialist will perform Excel related work - statement of account for everything issued to customer and reconciling against what the customer received
- AR Specialist will tie up gaps between statement and what customer has received.
- AR Specialist will do some exporting from NetSuite but all recs will be done in Excel
- AR Specialist will have exposure to the PDF's (original invoice provided to customer)
- AR Specialist will possibly be invoicing from NetSuite
- AR Specialist will complete ad hoc tasks and projects as requested
Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of AR experience, full cycle AR is a plus (but not required) won't be doing collections
- Flexible on industry experience - previous real estate or telecom industry experience is a plus but NOT required
- Degree is a plus but not required
- NetSuite is GL system - experience not required but should have experience using another large ERP system
- Microsoft Outlook and strong Excel experience required - pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, XLOOKUP's, and index match will be used for this position
