The Work You'll Do:

As a Regulatory Specialist, the primary responsibility is to provide substantive research and analysis of rate changes, form changes and compliance issues.

More specifically you will:
  • Be part of the team responsible for our mission critical tax content management process
  • Become a "tax" and "compliance" subject matter expert - understanding how tax rules work, what they are intended to do, and how they are properly supported in software.
  • Research and identify rate, rule, and form changes as they occur and/or determine how those changes may be accurately reflected in our solutions.
  • Enhance and evolve the use of automation in our tax content management process.
  • Develop and foster cross-functional relationships with the Product and Development teams, Client Support, Professional Services, Compliance Services as well as with external state regulators.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to our clients when questions arise as to the accuracy of the tax rules in our solution.
