Job Description
Position summary
Precision Castparts Corp.’s Development Programs are Powering the Future by taking the emergent talent through a high velocity program complete with learning experiences and opportunities to prepare you for leadership in Human Resources within our manufacturing facilities. This program is specifically designed for graduating seniors and/or recent graduates.

Program Design
First year members will be placed at one of our PCC facilities learning the foundations of Human Resources which include but are not limited to: Hourly staffing, safety initiatives/training, benefit administration, employee relations and implementing/understanding the performance review process.
Second year members will be placed at another PCC location navigating into a strategic role which will participate in staffing activities, workers compensation, employment law, human capital planning and investigations.
This position is a two year rotational program : 1st year at one PCC location and the 2nd year at another. If selected, you would rank your top choices and we would work together to place you in the perfect locations/sites. We are located in 29 states; however, we mostly place members in five different regions: 1) NW (Portland, Seattle), 2) SW (greater LA region), 3) MW (Ohio, MI, KS, PA), 4) S (Houston) and 5) NE (CT, MA, NJ, NY,PA).
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a field of study such as: Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, etc.
Prior co-op or internship experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or another related field
Club, organization or activity involvement in a leadership capacity
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
High level of interest in management, leadership roles
Must be able to start July 15, 2024
Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident*
Must be willing to relocate (program roles located in US only)

*This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)). Relocation
Full Relocation is authorized for this position.
For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $60,400 to $60,400 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. Employees will receive 80 hours of paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participant in the company’s medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
