General Summary: As an HRIS Analyst Intermediate, you will play a vital role in optimizing our HR systems and processes through robotic process automation (RPA). Working collaboratively with our team, you'll develop automations, provide system support, and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.

Principal Duties and Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop RPA solutions to streamline HR tasks, facilitate data movement, and automate notifications.
  • Optimize HR applications to enhance system effectiveness and productivity while improving existing processes.
  • Share expertise and contribute ideas to enhance team effectiveness and foster positive relationships.
  • Document lessons learned post-implementation to facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Conduct thorough testing, document issues, and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
  • Train and onboard new Analysts, ensuring alignment with project expectations.
  • Occasionally be available for on-call support as needed.

Specialty Area Robotics Specific Job Duties:

  • Provide support for all robotics processes and applications utilized in the Organization.
  • Manage HR Help Desk cases and project tracking in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with IT on issue resolution and new development initiatives.
  • Stay updated on HR processes and identify opportunities for robotics implementation.
  • Research emerging RPA trends and provide recommendations to leadership.
  • Develop training and reference materials for Power Automate and related tools.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in critical thinking and root cause analysis.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Strong analytical and report-writing abilities.
  • Ability to write reports and queries.

Knowledge and Skills Preferred:

  • Previous experience in project/process design or improvement analysis.
  • Familiarity with system testing and data modeling applications.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (or equivalent job-related experience, if enrolled in a Bachelors degree program).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR application support or equivalent role.
