The
HEDIS Performance Improvement Director
will support the Enterprise Health Outcomes Organization HEDIS Improvement team and Enterprise Quality Strategy and Management team by providing operational analysis of HEDIS performance across all lines of business.
How you will make an impact:
Facilitate the achievement of all enterprise HEDIS improvement goals by identifying, implementing, and tracking key operational improvement opportunities, projects, and programs.
Create methodologies and processes to implement and track key performance improvement projects across all segments of the business to ensure implemented improvements yield expected outcomes.
Lead the development of key performance indicators and scorecards and ensure that progress against all metrics is reported uniformly across all segments of the business.
Synthesizes and assimilates all HEDIS performance data to inform leadership on appropriate improvement needs.
Create and maintain clear lines of communication with business leaders, and HEDIS performance stakeholders.
Collaborates on the standardization, maintenance, and optimization of performance from all aspects of HEDIS operations.
Contributes to HEDIS improvement planning throughout the enterprise by integrating operational targets with strategic business performance analysis.
This position will frequently work with other members of the Health Outcomes Organization (HOO) and Enterprise Quality Strategy and Management (EQSM) team to prepare, assess, or facilitate presentations or other documents for senior leadership that require broad scope as well as intimate knowledge of the detailed workings of the company.
Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 10 years of increasingly responsible financial, project and/or operational experience in healthcare; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
MS/BA/BS in healthcare related field
10+ years of experience in HEDIS operations and data management, medical record review, member and provider engagement, CMS Medicare Stars Program, Medicaid and Exchange quality programs and commercial lines of business
10+ years of project management experience and HEDIS operational improvement experience
Adept communication and presentation skills and an ability to provide key updates to leadership and stakeholders with ease
Cross-functional collaborator, facilitator, and champion for positive operational change
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $148,120 to $222,180.
