Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of process improvement experience with planning, project management, business analysis, and leadership role experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Experience working in an operational environment and a proven track record of driving process improvements.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certified Coding Professional (CCP) certification.
  • Experience with risk adjustment and Medicare.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience working in an operational environment.
