Job Summary:

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, developing and implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across our business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Develop and implement metrics to track performance and goal achievement.
- Serve as an internal consultant to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify and develop plans to improve performance and implement enterprise-wide solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of process improvement experience with planning, project management, business analysis, and leadership role experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Experience working in an operational environment and a proven track record of driving process improvements.
Preferred Skills:
- Certified Coding Professional (CCP) certification.
- Experience with risk adjustment and Medicare.
- Project management experience.
- Experience working in an operational environment.
