ResponsibilitiesIdentify, pre-qualify, and call on non-contract customers and current contract customers to increase awareness of company service offerings.Warm leads provided by One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating. No Canvassing, No Cold Calling with uncapped commissions opportunityPrepare estimates and proposals.Follow-up on sales leads while being professionally persistent.Set and verify appointments.Ability to turn quotes into sales.Competitive nature, active listener, problem solver, disciplined with the ability to adapt.Manage multiple opportunities particularly focusing on selling service agreements and new equipment.Proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skillsDemonstrate technical expertise and maintains a high level of credibility.Recommend solutions and handle customer objectives with a total value solution and competitive advantage(s).Positively and credibly influence customers. Develop proposals and contracts for residential service agreements.Strong follow-up skills by both phone and emailNegotiate value while handling objections with solutions and closing the sale.Maintaining a courteous demeanor with all customers and associates.Hit Target KPI's Qualifications3 years of in-home sales experienceGED or High School Diploma required.Prior Selling ExperienceKnowledge of HVAC equipment a plusStrong negotiating and handling objections skillsGood communication and presentation skillsComputer proficiency to Microsoft Word and ExcelSpanish a PlusWe offer GREAT benefits, including a 401K with company match, company vehicle, training, room for advancement, and great earning potential.
