Role: Supply Chain - Commodities Assistant Manager
Pay Range-$105,000.00+ DOE

Key Responsibilities
Understand program sourcing and support key milestones for launches.
Identify and manage suppliers, conduct negotiations, and administer contracts.
Lead cost reduction initiatives and ensure compliance with specifications and timelines.
Oversee supplier development and ensure quality and delivery standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for flawless supplier launches.
Negotiate pricing and develop purchasing strategies with relevant teams.
Prevent supply chain disruptions and maintain an updated supplier database.
Hire, train, and manage buyers.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred:
Minimum 3-5 years of related experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
Experience with manufacturing processes and supplier development.
Experience with OEM or major commodity suppliers.
Bilingual abilities (English, Korean, and/or Spanish).
Multicultural openness and adaptability.
Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
