If you have prior customer service experience, great communication skills, and a passion for helping others, apply today Responsibilities Manage own schedule to balance availability for meeting with prospective new clients as well as following up with prospective new clients who said "no" and with current clients to conduct quality control calls and interviews. Keep detailed notes in a centralized database. Screen incoming potential client phone calls to make sure the case falls within the scope of the firm, while helping the caller feel heard and understood Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email writing to ensure operational efficiency Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow our caseload Help foster prospective client streams by providing input into awareness and law firm partnerships initiatives alongside the marketing team Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure our cases are managed efficiently Qualifications CRM and case management software experience a plus Skilled with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skills High school diploma or equivalent needed, while a Bachelor’s degree is desired Compensation $55,000+ About Marshall & Taylor, PLLC We are a boutique family law firm offering our clients the highest quality of legal services.
