The role: We are looking for a Director, Enterprise Consulting to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the COO (ex Bain), the Director, Enterprise Consulting will partner with enterprise customers to understand their business goals and unique challenges, consulting on how to make their sales and technology strategies successful, and becoming their long-term partner. This critical role will build exceptional relationships with our largest customers and deliver value at all stages of the customer journey to drive mutual success and growth. If you’re a passionate about solving problems, connecting customer value to growth, and advising customers - you’ll bring tremendous value to our customers and team This is a hybrid role, based in the greater Boston area (3 days per week in office based in Kendall Square) with regular travel to visit customer accounts.
