Responsibilities

  • Handles non-casino guest service inquiries, resolving issues or forwarding messages to the appropriate individual.
  • Delivers exceptional customer service promptly to both guests and colleagues.
  • Accurately prepares billing invoices for direct-billed accounts in a timely manner.
  • Reconciles group folios and processes commissions and rebates as per contracts.
  • Investigates and responds to credit card chargebacks promptly.
  • Participates in posting receipts to direct-billed accounts.
  • Prepares check requests for guest credit balances and refunds.
  • Assists management in collecting past-due accounts.
  • Maintains an efficient filing system for Accounts Receivable.
  • Ensures smooth information flow throughout the property by attending regular departmental meetings.
  • Holds a high degree of accountability for the accuracy and completeness of departmental records and reports.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.


Skills Accounts Receivable (2 years of experience is preferred) Month-End Close (2 years of experience is preferred) Collections (2 years of experience is preferred) Customer Service (2 years of experience is preferred) Basic Accounts Receivable Excel (2 years of experience is preferred) Bank Reconciliations
