Maintains all service and customer records as required by the warrantor. Utilizes technical knowledge of vehicle service to verify proper documentation of repairs for warranty coverage and payment. Job Requirements: As a Warranty Clerk, you will be experienced and aware of the latest customer service practices and be a persistent problem solver. Must have at least 2 years of experience with warranty work. Dealership experience is a must. Technical knowledge of vehicle service to verify proper documentation of repairs for warranty coverage and payment. Strong customer service skills are a must. Must have computer proficiency. Benefits begin after 90 days. NOTE: Employment offers include a requirement for successful completion of a background investigation, pre-employment drug screening, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
