We have the perfect opportunity for you What You’ll Do: Our Patient Relationship Specialists (PRS) are responsible for ensuring a high-quality phone or chat interaction with each patient. Patient Relationship Specialists will schedule hearing health care appointments for new and existing patients via inbound calls, outbound calls, text message and/or chat. Schedule patient appointments and answer questions using the appropriate script and resources provided. Help patients reschedule missed appointments or set routine service appointments. Overcome objections and re-direct conversations to ensure callers get the help they need. Communicate effectively with callers experiencing hearing difficulties. Provide excellent customer service. Abide by HIPAA regulations. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED is required. 2+ years of Customer Service, Contact Center, Collections, or Sales experience is preferred. Prior call center and chat experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills. Remain calm under pressure. Advanced problem-solving skills. Advanced Computer skills: Windows, Office 365, Microsoft Office. Ability to work well with a variety of personalities & effectively build relationships with callers and co-workers. This job operates in a professional call center environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers with multiple screens and phones. This is NOT a work-from-home position. Compensation and Benefits: Starting at $16.00 per hour. Located in O’Fallon, Illinois, our Patient Care Specialists are more than Call Center Representatives. We help to accurately connect new and existing patients with Beltone’s Hearing Care Experts at the nearest location across the nation. We also proactively help people with hearing loss to find hearing solutions that fit their needs and lifestyles, by outfitting them with hearing solutions through free testing, evaluations, and checkups. In short, we are the front line of hearing care. Hours of Operation: 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM- Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM- Saturday Holiday and weekend availability required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
