3 days/week onsite in Gaithersburg, MD

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with project leads to gather technical content from R&D subject matter experts. Using a solid understanding of R&D you will assimilate and synthesise complex information to deliver learning resources relevant and engaging for the target audience.
  • Support the development of a community of practice and master classes for training in GDB.
  • Monitor the journey of learners and implement innovative ways to engage them as needed
  • Review, refresh, and create technical/scientific learning resources (including e.g., slides, eLearning, video production etc.) to support the build of knowledge pathways within Degreed (learning technology platform) including a base course for new starters on gene data biologics.
  • Coordination of relevant learning programs, including the advertisement, registrations, coordination of presenters and facilitators at global locations, collation and reporting of cohort feedback, etc.
  • Preparation and oversight of communications for partners, intranet, and Workplace.
  • Project management and operational delivery of key elements of R&D/BE learning programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree - prefer masters degree in Education
  • 5-7 years of learning and development experience
  • Previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry
