Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with project leads to gather technical content from subject matter experts and develop high-quality learning resources.
  2. Support the creation of community of practice and master classes for training in gene-data biologics.
  3. Monitor learner journeys and implement innovative ways to engage them as needed.
  4. Review, refresh, and create technical/scientific learning resources to support knowledge pathways within Degreed.
  5. Coordinate relevant learning programs, including advertisement, registrations, coordination of presenters and facilitators at global locations, collation and reporting of cohort feedback.
  6. Prepare and oversee communications for partners, intranet, and Workplace.
  7. Project manage and deliver key elements of R&D/BE learning programs.
  8. Liaise with external L&D vendors for assessment of capability, oversight of project delivery, ongoing relationship management, and identification of new opportunities relevant to R&D/BE.
  9. Collate, interpret, and report learning analytics for key R&D/BE learning programs/interventions.
  10. Deliver and facilitate in-person and virtual R&D/BE learning seminars and events.
  11. Stay up-to-date with external trends in L&D technologies and approaches and make recommendations for the benefit of R&D/BE learning programs.
  12. Contribute to the R&D learning practitioner community, sharing best practices and developing L&D capability for self and peers.
Requirements
  1. Hold a degree in a scientific/technical field and/or higher-level qualifications or accreditations in learning and development related subject areas.
  2. Have experience in a Pharma environment and knowledge of the R&D drug development life cycle.
  3. Preferably have knowledge and expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related technologies, ideally in a scientific setting or context.
  4. Have an excellent understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design, and learning delivery, with experience applying these in a technical business setting.
  5. Have practical experience building high-quality learning resources with content creation tools and in learner experience platforms.
  6. Be able to simplify complex scientific and technical concepts to support engagement and knowledge retention with R&D/BE learners.
  7. Have solid operational and project management skills, able to coordinate and drive delivery of tactical work with discipline and efficiency.
  8. Have excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.
  9. Be able to communicate effectively at all levels, from R&D/BE learner to business partners.
  10. Have experience delivering training, workshops, or global events, including leveraging technology to drive both in-person or virtual learning events.
  11. Be proactive, self-starting, and able to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  12. Be an excellent teammate who fosters a collaborative work environment where everyone can contribute their best work.
  13. Model an agile learning approach by being committed to own professional development.
Working Arrangements

This is a full-time contract position, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 3 days per week on-site. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
