GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY Account Manager acts as primary contact for existing customers and suppliers and is responsible for overall account servicing, maintenance, retention, business expansions and client satisfaction of the assigned existing customers while exploring and developing new business opportunities (new customers, new products, and new market).

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Possesses solid work experience and expertise related to the assignments. Completes assignments independently with moderate complexities. With a general guideline, organizes needed tasks, work schedule/process and coordinates resources at own discretion and delivers the desired outcome. Performs account management functions to achieve sales goal and growth, and develops and executes account retention strategies of the Company while performing marketing and new business development activities. Manages and grows existing accounts/customers Builds and maintains sustainable relationship with each of the assigned customers through periodical contacts by phone, e-mail or visit. Establishes sufficient and periodical on-site presence to be known by key decision makers of customers (e.g. purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, management). Secures opportunities to quote on customer requirements and follows up on quotations submitted to customers. Responsible for business growth of assigned clients while exploring needs of customers and actively seeking opportunities for another business. Assesses the needs of customers and actively seeks opportunities for additional business. Contacts customers to discuss their needs and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products or services of Shindengen. Coordinates company technical engineering support and services to ascertain customers' needs. Monitors inventory status of each assigned customer and works with Operations Manager to control appropriate inventory level based on the previous order history and forecast. Determines sales plans and pricing strategies and projects expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products related to specified accounts. Negotiates prices and terms of contracts with customers and suppliers as appropriate. Generates and maintains a credible forecast for the assigned accounts and territories and provides the information on a regular basis to Management. Ensures that customers are fully satisfied with all aspects of products which Shindengen handles. Researches for new suppliers for customers based on their needs, interests and unique specifications of products. Reports customer-related information acquired through communication with customers to Management on all such occasions (as frequently as possible). • Prepares sales report periodically as directed by Management. Reviews progress/ result, analyzes variances and takes any necessary recovery actions.

Marketing and Business Planning Attends trade shows and other events to grow the Company's business and representing the Company in any other capacity as needed. Serves as point of contact for external associations and develop and maintain a high value business relationship with the referral sources. Coordinates or participates in promotional activities while working with suppliers, including trade shows, conventions and exhibition to market products. Stays abreast of industry news and trends, products, competitors and other market situation, and works with Management to identify business opportunities. Assists in the development of business strategies including primary market research, competitive market evaluation, fit analysis (how would the particular business fit with Shindengen's existing products and future goals), and needs assessment. New Business Development Identifies prospects through research and develops sales strategies on each prospect. Schedules appointments and meets with prospects, and conducts in depth presentations and dialogues. Identifies key decision makers, concerns and needs of the prospects by asking thoughtful and probing questions. Manages sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities to commercial success. Initiates, leads, and directs company's new business proposal and proposal efforts. Other responsibilities and expectation Maintains complete and open lines of communication with other personnel, function, or department to facilitate operations and interaction in the organization. Keeps Sales Manager informed of status and progress, ensuring that regular and periodical communication takes place. Organizes, prioritizes and completes assigned tasks efficiently while managing time effectively. • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks and keeping abreast of industry trends and related compliance issues within the area of responsibilities. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by the Sales Manager or Management. QUALIFICATIONS Experience (Guideline) 3-5 years of experience with sales, account management, and technical products or equivalent combination of education and experience. Working knowledge of sales techniques and power conversion products (e.g., power semiconductors, automotive electronics). Results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment. Demonstrated ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach). Well-developed ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients. Strong interpersonal skills (both oral and written) with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization with sensitivity to cultural diversity. Computer: Basic use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Language: Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English. Certificates & Licenses: Valid driver's license
