Manage daily outreach and communication with business accounts Deliver exceptional customer service and ongoing account support Educate business clients on new technologies, products, and solutions Maintain accurate data and lead tracking through Salesforce Build relationships through networking and community engagement Conduct in-person presentations with MTUs and key decision-makers Participate in daily team and client meetings Youll Thrive Here If You Strong self-discipline, reliability, and a solid work ethic Exceptional communication skills (listening, verbal, and written) A positive, team-focused attitude and proactive approach to challenges Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities Professionalism, thoroughness, and attention to detail Ability to confidently conduct face-to-face business meetings Professional grooming and appearancebusiness attire required; client attire may be provided for public-facing events What We Look For...
