Role Description This is a contract, on-site role as an Account Manager, located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving client-related issues, and collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational goals. The role also involves identifying opportunities for growth, preparing client presentations, and ensuring the successful execution of projects and campaigns. Qualifications Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships. Project Management and Organizational abilities to oversee accounts and ensure timely and successful project delivery. Sales and Business Development expertise to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue. Problem-Solving and Communication skills to address client needs and collaborate effectively with internal teams. Knowledge and passion for music or entertainment industries is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
