Front Desk Sales Associate

We are looking for a driven and attentive individual to join our growing team as a Front Desk Associate As the first person our patients interact with when they come into one of our 19 clinics, you will be the very first impression for patients of our Company. We have developed a tried and tested way of assisting medical marijuana patients to make sure their visits are educational, informative and efficient. As Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring our patients are receiving an industry leading experience during their appointment. The Front Desk Associate is naturally a strong multitasker that puts patients first, is well organized, computer literate and an efficient time manager. The position requires confidence in being able to handle questions and objections, book follow-up appointments, assist the physician in tasks and collect deposits, among other responsibilities. Candidates with experience in customer service, administrative duties, and sales are highly encouraged to apply.Qualifications:Ample experience in running a robust front desk, and dealing with difficult and or demanding patientsAbility to prioritize and multitask while delivering an excellent patient experienceStrong computer literacy skills including efficient typing and knowledge of Google SuiteExperience in sales-closing and objection handlingMotivation and drive to hit metrics for booking next appointments and retention patientsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailTakes directions well and ability to follow an exact procedureStrong organizational skillsMastery of PC and Mac and shortcuts / commandsHigh school diploma required, Associate and Bachelor degree preferredAbility to pass a federal background check; no felonies - RequiredMUST have your own, reliable transportationResponsibilities:Greeting and checking-in patientsCollecting appointment payments, follow-up appointment deposits, and upselling our other servicesAssisting the Physician with computer tasks including navigating to Patient Charts and looking up patients in the registryAssisting patients with their medical marijuana application to the OMMU in a timely mannerKeeping the doctors schedule on time while meeting performance metricsEffectively communicate our patient journey and showcase the value of being a patient with our physician officeHandle any objections or questions that the patient may haveProperly prepare and organize the physicians and clinic for the dayAnswer inbound telephone callsRemind patients of upcoming visitsMaintain stock of general office suppliesPerform other physician office administrative tasksExperience:Sales: 1 year (Preferred)Front Desk: 2 years (Preferred)Language: EnglishLicense/Certification: N/AJob Type: Part-timePay: $17.00-$20.00Pay Type: HourlyBenefits:401(k)100% Employee discount + Friends and Family discountDiscounts to Local DispensariesHealth insuranceVision insurancePaid time offProfessional DevelopmentExpected hours: 8 24 per weekShift:8 hour shiftMonday-FridayAbility to Relocate: St. Petersburg, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)Willingness to travel: 25% (Required)Work Location: 360 Central Ave Suite 800, St. Petersburg, FL 33701
