The most important part of our business is making sure our clients' needs are met. We are a family-owned and operated, vibrant financial planning, and investment firm with integrated tax services. We need an intelligent, intuitive, pleasant, capable administrator to support our client interactions. Responsibilities: Preparation of new account paperwork, account service paperwork, and account status reports. Direct interaction with clients via phone and in person. This is a fulfilling position where you can make a positive difference in people's lives. Qualifications/Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent Positive demeanor in person and on the telephone Previous customer service or client interaction responsibilities Ability to pass a criminal background check Strong computer skills Availability between the hours of 8-5, Monday to Friday Responsibilities: Answer phones and take detailed information about client or potential client needs Prepare paperwork Manage CRM database Generate client account status reports Submit documents online Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for licensed staff Perform other duties as assigned
