Job Responsibilities: Review and report sales productivity highlights at weekly revenue management calls Compile and submit weekly productivity and activity report Serve as liaison between property, customer, and corporate sales Work with corporate sales to set and complete RFP’s Actively follow up with all in-house sales leads and leads provided Use displacement analysis, occupancy forecast, area knowledge, and the advice of the hotel general manager to quote competitive group and corporate rates Create, send, and follow up group and corporate proposals promptly Create, maintain, and follow up on all group and corporate contracts Cover shifts at the front desk based on hotel needs, provide breaks for the front desk when requested Assist with revenue generation through group/tour contacts, corporate leads, and meeting space inquiries based on business demands. Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality and service Assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor’s or associate degree in hospitality management, business, or relevant field, OR, commensurate sales/business development experience Hotel sales experience preferred Prior hotel front desk experience preferred Company Description Awesome CEO, great benefits, and lots of room for growth
