Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager to help drive company growth and customer relationships. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish, including prospecting, qualifying leads, take-offs and converting deals into sales. In addition, this role will oversee the project management process including coordinating with customers and internal teams (design, production, and installation teams) to ensure successful project delivery. The role will also involve effective communication and collaboration with internal teams.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Account Management, Project Management and Customer Service skills
- Lead Generation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in sales or account management
- Knowledge of signage and graphics industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
