We have an opening for a Senior Digital Product Manager in our Walker, MI office.

We are seeking a digital native leader to serve as a Sr. Digital Product Manager to own digital platforms driving BISSELL digital customer experiences. The ideal candidate is a customer-obsessed, product visionary who can lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital products that customers love.

Specifically in this role, you and your cross-functional squad of UX designers and engineers will be responsible for leading discovery and translating the voice of the customer into the overall strategy and roadmap that bring the features, functionality, and overall experience to life. You will work with a significant set of stakeholders and be a collaborative, omnichannel champion who puts the customer first, and works closely with peers to deliver a seamless, consistent, and holistic customer experience across channels.

This role will report directly to the Global Head Digital Product and UX Design.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key activist for customer centricity
  • Drive discovery with cross-functional partners and stakeholders
  • Analyze and report on critical user behavior metrics and product release impacts and
  • Own and drive forward holistic digital product roadmap customer experience platform products, including innovation opportunities
  • Ensure customer experience product roadmaps (e.g., Shopping, Loyalty, Payments, Profile and Preference Management, etc.) align with leading-edge cross-channel vision for customers, with focus on product delivery functionalities across channels
  • Own final decisions on OKRs, roadmap, prioritization, and backlog refinement across digital channels/touchpoints
  • Provide cross-functional leadership to agile product squads via creation and prioritization of epics/user stories during sprint planning, then work closely with scrum team engineers via agile delivery


Qualifications:

  • Passionate, customer-obsessed leader looking for new solutions for the organization, who truly enjoys working with a team, designing and delivering great products
  • Exceptional product evangelist, with experience dealing with diverse and global partners
  • Expertise in digital product planning, including product definition, feature prioritization, trade-off processes, and roadmap creation
  • Deep experience with agile product management, plus experience driving agile transformation in a large organization with complex stakeholders
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners in collectively aligning and executing against the product vision
  • Knowledge and familiarity with UX design, customer experience, and customer experience platform technology systems/specifications interdependencies
  • Identifying patterns/trends and applying them in new and unfamiliar situations
  • Confident working in a fast-moving environment, with a willingness to make quick decisions based on continuous prioritization and evolving customer needs
  • Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, business or similar degree program (or equivalent work experience)
  • Has experience working in an agile product management role
