Develop and maintain proper community staffing grids to comply with State minimum staffing requirements. Develop, maintain and share tools and reports to facilitate proper daily staffing at the Community level. Develop and maintain tools and reports to monitor time clock management. Provide continuous training and support to all Community leadership personnel. Serve as subject matter expert for OnShift scheduling tool.
