This position collects and organizes software requirements as well as interfaces with business process owners ensuring resulting software is useful and solves a specific Farm Service Agency business need.
Visual Source Safe (VSS) and Subversion Skill required
Microsoft Word, Excel and Visio Skill required
Rational ClearQuest or IBM Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Skill preferred
Experience designing UML or other Business diagrams Skill Required
Strong experience writing use cases Skill required
Strong understanding of Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) Skill required
Exceptional oral communication and writing skills Skill required
Strong analytic experience in a business or financial environment Skill required
